When we were designing the lesson plan for today's class, we wanted to focus on meals that were convenient, economic, and above all, healthy.

Sushi Rolls, although may seem to be complex, daunting, or pricey, not only are they versatile and delicious, they are not complicated at all!

Mr. Robert demonstrated how you could make sushi at home with not much fuzz.

Mr. Jesse, on the other hand, prepared a super simple and yummy eggplant lasagna. Although eggplant holds a lot of water, a quick 25 minute bake at 350°F, will render a nicer, nuttier, crunchier version of the eggplant, perfect to replace flour noodles on your lasagna. Additionally, he roasted an acorn squash with butter and brown sugar. It didn't last.

Another super simple, filling, and economic recipe we made was left over beef stew covered with "dime biscuits" (Grands) and baked at 400°F until golden brown. Perfect to impress anyone.
