Sweet tooth, anyone?

On Friday, September 18, we delved into a few cooking techniques, especially those used in deserts. Students learned about mixing, folding, stirring, and the different applications of each in sweet, delicious desserts. Lemon meringue pie, fresh blueberry muffins, and sugar cookies were on the menu that day.


Furthermore, Mr. Robert was at the Kroger Supermarket, in South Ottawa, who's manager kindly enough allowed us to teach students best practices when shopping.
